DELIVERY INFORMATION

Shipping is usually within 24 hours, but can occasionally be longer especially during our peak season. All orders are usually despatched within a maximum of 3 business days. You will receive an email letting you know when your order has been dispatched. Despatch and deliveries are business days only (Mon-Fri exc. Bank holidays). Please allow the stated time frame of your chosen carriage option to pass before chasing your delivery. Orders placed BEFORE 1pm, will be dispatched the same day on a next working day service. Orders placed AFTER 1pm, with express shipping selected, will be shipped the following working day on a next working day service.

Important Information

Any stove ordered from Henley Stoves UK will arrive on a pallet and, depending on the order, can weigh more than 200kg. This makes the delivery quite different to standard courier deliveries. On this page we will try and outline as much information about the delivery procedure as we can but if you need any more information, please call our office on 01353 698800

When should I expect my stove to be delivered?

When you place an order with Henley stoves UK, you will receive an email confirming the order and date of delivery within 2-3 business days. If you would like to book a specific date for delivery please specify in the notes section during checkout and this will be arranged for you.

Where will the driver leave my stove?

The courier will deliver the stove to your doorstep, but because of insurance reasons, is not required to take the stove into your property, although drivers will do their best in assisting you.

What happens if my stove is being delayed?

If the courier encounters any delays we will contact you ASAP and inform you of the delay (once we receive an update from the courier about the delay)

Do I need to be at home?

All deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, with the usual delivery times being between 8 am and 6 pm. We do not receive estimated times of deliveries from the couriers, so someone would need to be available all day on the day of delivery. We ask you to leave us a contact number that we can pass on to the couriers as the drivers will usually call 30-45 minutes prior to delivery. If someone cannot be available on the day of the delivery and if we have your authorization, delivery can be left at your property in a ‘safe place’ stated by you. These instructions are usually followed without any problem. However, please be aware that taking delivery of a pallet while you are not at home is done at your own risk. We cannot be held liable if the depot does not put the pallet exactly where you want it. Should you not be at home on your selected delivery date and the courier cannot reach you via mobile, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have your order re-delivered.
