Palletized Deliveries:

  • Stoves and large orders are delivered on pallets using a one-man, curb-side service only. Due to insurance and safety reasons, drivers may not enter the property.

Access and Delivery Challenges:

  • For deliveries in tight lanes or areas with restricted access, customers must notify us in advance. This ensures we book an appropriately sized vehicle. If not notified, this could lead to delivery delays.

Acceptance and Returns

Receipt of Goods:
